What data we process

We process personal data only as far as is necessary for contact and for delivering our services:

  • Demo bookings:when you book a time through the Google Calendar booking calendar on our site, Google processes the details you provide (name, email, chosen time) under Google's own terms. We receive the booking details in our calendar in order to arrange the meeting.
  • Quote request form: when you send a quote request through the form on our site, the details in the form (name, company, email, phone, a description of your need, budget and preferred control model) are processed through the Netlify form service and delivered by email to Auto2B in order to prepare a quote.
  • Email contacts: when you contact us by email, we process the information in your message in order to reply to you.

What we don't collect

This website does not use tracking cookies or marketing analytics. We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep data related to enquiries and customer relationships only for as long as is necessary to handle the matter or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and request the deletion of data concerning you, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact: Niklas@auto2b.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi).
